More than 60 participating countries, 3615 exhibiting companies, 614,000 square meters of exhibition space, 583,736 visitors from 219 countries: the construction, road and mining machinery exhibition Bauma Munich 2019 held from April 8 to 14 in Munich once again breaks its own records.
This is not for the first time for the Impulse Evolution hydraulic breaker to visit Munich, but after three years its design has been significantly improved.
Visitors were attracted by the new design: an automatic lubrication system is installed inside the housing, which enables refueling not more frequently than 500 hours. It should be pointed out that it is necessary to lubricate the working tool in conventional breakers every 2 hours.
The exhibition visitors pay attention to a small sensor located on the right side of the housing. This is a kind of a "black box": it records all information about the hydraulic breaker operation, enabling the owner to track whether the operator has correctly operated the equipment.
A filter is installed on the left side of the Impulse Evolution housing to protect the breaker against oil contamination, which prevents the striker tearing.
The removable bottom plate of the Impulse Evolution hydraulic breaker does not remain unnoticed by the visitors. It allows to replace the working tool bushing in the shortest possible time in the field.
The main task of Impulse Evolution is to save the operator's time and increase the owner's income, and it is sure to manage it.
The Technopark Impulse exposition was not limited to hydraulic breakers. The plant also presented the Impulse VP310 vibratory pile driver, which is designed for efficient driving of pile elements and is widely used on the Russian and CIS markets.
The plant’s experts were pleased not only by a number of visitors of their booth at Bauma Munich 2019 exhibition, but also with the negotiation results. The plant’s experts managed to communicate with the potential customers, meet with the foreign suppliers and regular customers to discuss vital issues.
Technopark Impulse highly appreciates the efforts of Bauma Munich organizers, gratefully acknowledges all partners who have been able to visit our booth, as well as every employee of the company taken part in the preparation!
